Staff credentials with expiry reminders
GDC, indemnity, DBS and training dates for each person, with reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days.
What it does
- Track the credentials each team member needs: GDC registration, professional indemnity, enhanced DBS check, hepatitis B immunity and training.
- Email reminders go out 60, 30 and 7 days before a credential expires.
- DBS and immunisation records are kept as a status and a date only, with no document upload by default. They're never sent to an AI model.
